Flat-bottomed valve seat
Traditional gate valves often fail to close tightly and cause leakage after water flow and pipe washing due to the accumulation of foreign objects such as stones, wood blocks, cement, iron filings, and other debris in the groove at the bottom of the valve. The elastic seat sealed gate valve adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe at the bottom, which is less likely to cause debris accumulation and ensures smooth fluid flow.
Overall rubber coating
The valve is made of high-quality rubber for both the inner and outer layers. The first-class rubber vulcanization technology in China ensures that the vulcanized valve can maintain precise geometric dimensions. Moreover, the rubber adheres firmly to the ductile iron valve, is not easy to fall off and has good elasticity.
Three "O" type seals
Due to the valve stem adopting a three-" O "ring sealing design, the frictional resistance during closing can be reduced, significantly minimizing water leakage and allowing for the replacement of sealing rings without stopping water supply.

As the interior of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, both the inner and outer surfaces of the valve are completely covered with rubber to prevent rust water or corrosion, and it can be drunk directly.
Corrosion-resistant
The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent corrosion and rusting of the valve body and can be used in sewage systems.
