The silencing check valve is suitable for water supply and drainage pipelines. The valve disc is guided by the center shafts at both the inlet and outlet ends, allowing for flexible opening and closing. It can be installed horizontally or vertically. The valve disc is loaded by a gas spring. Its rapid closing can effectively eliminate water hammer, with good sealing performance and no noise during closing. Performance characteristics
The inner cavity of the valve body adopts a streamlined design, with the flow rate designed at 100%, reducing sharp bends, corners and protrusions, thereby reducing the resistance of the fluid.
The front and back of the valve disc are designed in a conical shape, which greatly reduces fluid resistance and also minimizes noise caused by turbulence.
The closing stroke of the valve disc is short, only 1/4 of the nominal diameter, which reduces the closing time of the valve disc and the generation of water hammer.
The valve uses a spring to accelerate the closing speed of the valve disc and reduce the generation of water hammer.
The valve disc is of a hollow thin-shell structure, which reduces the inertia of the valve disc. This not only enables the valve disc to start quickly when closed but also reduces the impact noise during the closing process.
This product can be installed vertically, horizontally, at an incline and at any Angle.
